We will walk you through the ABC’s of easy, stress free party planning for your fundraiser or corporate event. Whether you’re raising money or planning a party, THE Pal can help!

 With over 6500 square feet of party space, the Palomino Club is the place for your next fundraiser or corporate event.

 

Suds, Spuds & Steak Fundraisers!

Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays – 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Non-Profit Organizations & Sports Teams!  Host your fundraisers or sports wind-up with
The World Famous Palomino Club!

  • We print the tickets
  • You set the price!
  • We provide awesome service & a host!
  • You include a Silent Auction – 50/50 Draw – ETC
  • We donate a prize!
  • You sit back & have a good time!

* All in attendance must be 18 years of age or older.

Fundraisers

The Palomino Club is available for all reasons to raise money from non-profit organizations and sports team to benefits and Wedding Socials – we are happy to help!

We will

  • Donate a prize toward your auction
  • Print your tickets, (maximum 400)
  • Provide auction tables
  • Provide a DJ/Host
  • Assist you with prize draws!
  • Advertise your event on our website & social media

You will supply

  • Auction tickets
  • Draw bags
  • Any other supplies.

Hint: Red ink does not show up well under our lights!

Your Fundraisers can include

  • Silent auction
  • 50/50 draw
  • Door prizes
  • Demonstrations
  • Live entertainment
  • Fashion Shows
  • Fun casinos
  • And anything else, it’s up to you!

A $200 refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

If a minimum of 150 persons attend, you receive your deposit back!

Fundraisers Options

You decided the ticket price to include Suds, Spud & Steak, include a drink, or just entry.

The Suds, Spuds & Steak includes;

  • 6oz steak sandwich on garlic toast
  • Fries and pickle
  • Either a domestic beer or shot.
  • Veggie Burger available upon request.

$7.00 per person (includes taxes and gratuity)

*If you choose not to include the Steak in your ticket price, it will still be available for those in your group who wish to order one at their own expense for $7.

You only pay us for the number of dinners actually ordered, not the amount of tickets sold.

You may choose to include one complimentary drink in your ticket price, $3.75 each.

Again, you only pay us for the number of drinks ordered.

*Note: Estimated attendance must be booked two business days in advance.

The Palomino Club can be rented for your exclusive use
Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday and some holidays for a non-refundable rental fee of $1,000.00
